Descripción de la oferta de trabajo
The Inventory Support Specialist will be exposed to inventory and demand planning functions. The candidate will assist the Inventory Management team and work with the fundamentals of forecasting and supply planning. The candidate will support the company’s inventory strategies by meeting turn goals and reducing inventory levels while maintaining customer fill rates.
Essential Job Functions
Write purchase orders according to customer guidelines and needs
Enter forecast into systems to align with purchase orders
Generate reports to show retail and order trends
Ensure timely and accurate forecasts of customer demand by analyzing forecast variances and order trends
Assist in the collection, preparation, and analysis of data
Build reports to better analyze inventory and streamline workflow
Manage and maintain inventory and safety stock to meet inventory goal levels
Participate in internal review meetings with the sales team for collaborative forecasting consensus
Education/License Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required
General Experience Requirements
Strong organizational skills accompanied by the flexibility to quickly adapt in a fast-paced changing environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Clear and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
Bonus Qualifications
Forecasting/Demand planning experience is a plus
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is a plus
Power BI experience a plus
