Command Center Agent

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Command Center Agent to join our team. This role is critical for maintaining the security and operational integrity of our facilities. The agent will monitor surveillance cameras, manage environmental settings to ensure temperatures are maintained within target ranges, respond to visitor access requests, manage occasional calls, respond to emails, and generate support tickets as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grant access to visitors based on established protocols
• Monitor security cameras for any unusual activity and promptly report incidents
• Control and monitor building temperatures to ensure target settings are maintained
• Answer occasional calls and respond to emails with professionalism and clarity
• Create and manage support tickets as issues arise
• Collaborate with other security team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in basic computer
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English
• Preferred: Candidates living near Muxbal due to on-site requirements
