This is a person with excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills who plays a vital role in creating dynamic teams of professionals in the healthcare sector. These professionals are responsible for making our mission a reality in the communities of the countries where the organization has an impact. This role is essential for ensuring job satisfaction across the different roles involved, ensuring smooth, transparent, and successful processes in fieldwork.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of field staff, ensuring the availability, planning, recruitment, and hiring of the necessary staff to meet the project's operational needs. Additionally, they will design guides, guidelines, and protocols for the programs, ensuring their correct implementation in the field. They will monitor and ensure quality in program execution, ensuring that the staff complies with established standards. Furthermore, they will ensure that the program staff receives appropriate training, enabling them to effectively carry out their responsibilities. The coordinator will also organize the staff, collaborating with the leaders of each program to carry out proper monitoring and evaluation and to coordinate and manage improvements within the programs. Moreover, they will utilize human talent management software to handle the recruitment and coordination process for field tours.

Main Responsibilities:

Technical Staff Management:

● Ensure proper management and availability of field staff, ensuring that all operational needs of the project are met.
● Handle the planning, recruitment, selection, and hiring of field staff, ensuring that profiles align with operational and organizational needs.
● Keep the field staff database updated, ensuring the availability of accurate and timely information.
● Identify vacancies and activation needs for professionals to efficiently meet operational demands.
● Provide support and monitoring on the optimal use of the GetConnected software, sharing provided materials and editing them when necessary.
● Provide support to staff during field tours and address potential emergencies that may require staff replacements.
● Maintain digital records of all professionals hired for the projects, with information that enables the department to make decisions based on results.
● Ensure clear, structured, and transparent processes that provide satisfaction to staff during project execution, avoiding confusion and errors in performance.
● Lead the design and updating of methodological tools to enable proper program implementation and communication of protocols to all stakeholders.

Project Management:
● Present periodic reports and updates on the management of field staff, providing data and analysis that facilitate strategic decision-making for program improvements.
● Coordinate review meetings with all stakeholders to analyze and evaluate processes and propose program improvements to management.
● Supervise the proper allocation of financial resources, ensuring they are used efficiently and within budget limits.
Program Management:
● Design guides, guidelines, and protocols for the programs to ensure their correct implementation in the field.
● Monitor and ensure quality in the execution of the organization's program, ensuring that the staff meets the established standards.
● Ensure that the program's technical staff receives the necessary training to effectively fulfill their responsibilities.
● Perform other tasks assigned by the department management.
Requirements:
● Professional or advanced student in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources or a related field.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, hiring, and database management.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, planning, and budgeting (preferably in social organizations).
● Advanced/Native English.
● Availability to travel within and outside the country.
● Availability to be present during project execution in the field.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*Work schedule may be changed at the discretion of management due to the nature of duties or participation in field tours, with prior notice
